Always a great experience. The staff even greets me by name. Very clean. Good music. And of course, great coffee.
These ladies at the window are fresh and friendly at the early morning hours I stop here. I am always impressed by their energy and smiles while they whip around making 50 drinks at a time!
I just went through there me and my sister which she's an everyday customer and we ordered two vente caffe frapachinos and first thing is it was horrible the taste and also big chunks of ice so I took the lid of to stir the Carmel and whip cream in to hopefully make it taste better as I was stirring it up I noticed something black mixed in it and I moved it around to find it's some sort of bug looks like a fly or maybe a mosquito! I am disgusted and litterly sick to my stomach. I've been trying to call them but keeps ringing busy. I need to speak to a manager this is totally unexceptable.
Good kids working here, always suggesting new things to try and they make my drinks the way I like them.
I got the S'mores frappuccino. It was actually really good. I could taste the marshmallow cream and don't get me started on the little bites of graham cracker crust. I will definitely order it again.
