I absolutely love when Haley cuts my hair. She's always so friendly and my hair feels great!
I checked in online and it said it would be a 38 minute wait which was fine but within minutes I got a text that my stylist was ready, when I went in I did have to wait another 5 or so minutes which was a bit disappointing as I was getting my haircut on my lunch break but it wasn't the end of the world. My stylist was Emily and she was very friendly and easy going. She did an excellent job on my hair and it was very fast service. I was offered the MVP services as a free upgrade as well as it was my first time at this location and in the state of Ohio but I chose to decline as I was on my lunch break.
Love this place, I always feel better after going here. Random suggestion would be to allow people to book an appointment online before you open so that they could just walk in at opening and get a haircut right away, rather than not letting you book till your actually open.
Ask for Emily. She does wonderful work and she is a real sweetheart.
My hairdresser was very friendly & knowledgeable. For the short time I was there, I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed, safe & appreciated. She cut my hair exactly the way I asked her to. I wish I could remember her name so she would get the accolades she deserves. Anyways, this was my 1st time getting my hair cut here but I guarantee it won't be my last!
