I’ve been going since around the first year they’ve opened and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Great atmosphere with amazing coaches who design workouts around what sport(s) you play. I’ve loved every second working out here and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else
Very good atmosphere! The coaches are very helpful and welcoming, I’ve been feeling and seeing improvement everytime month I go and I enjoy my time there by getting to know everyone and the coaches are very sweet and helpful and they give just the right type of motivation and I enjoy and appreciate it a lot!! NST is a really great place if you wanna get into better shape but also meet others :))
My Daughter has been going to NST for 6 months the staff are awesome and the way they are able to push her to reach her goals are outstanding. So glad we decided to send her for training here. Her confidence level is gone through the roof. Thanks for everything.nnJoe Fields
Best workout place around. the trainers are outstanding. i have been coming here for several months and see improvements in not only my strength but my running also. if you are thinking about nst for your child do it!
NST was one of my best decisions. I really love the motivation and overall love in the facility. Workouts are made to fit the sports you participate in. They try their hardest to make you a better athlete, and as well as a better person. They try their hardest to help with injuries or discomfort too.
