Great service! they worked really well with all of my hair even through me being tender headed. Finished pretty quickly for the style I got.nnEdit: It was great service until one month into box braids and the front and back of my edges came out with the braids. I expressed that I have not had my hair braided in years and went in with a full head of healthy long hair. They used entirely to much hair in my head and made to many small sections, not even boxed sections while also applying some type of edge control or non-slick hard gel to my hair which aided in helping my hair break clean of from the root. I knew my hair would shed, that is normal, but not break off. My hair is natural I should have not had this problem no matter how long its been since having my hair braided. If you do get box braids recommend bigger parts around the perimeter of your head and if you can go without the hair gel ask them not to use it especially if they are going to use it on very small strands of your hair because when it dries it hardens over those strands and it can cause that piece of hair to come out and yes I used oil, water, and gental ways to get it off and it broke off. I was so excited to get my hair braided and very much let down and I couldn't even where it for the 2 months I planned to wear it, the style of braids still looked good and clean or course with expected new growth but because of the front and back pieces of my hair breaking off I immediately started taking them out. I can't imagine how much worse it would have been if I waited.

So I'm a white guy, but when I grow my hair long I like to get cornrows. I've done it twice previously in the past few years. The first two times I've had it done I was happy with the way it turned out, but after having it done by Crown(the owner of this establishment) I was literally shocked in the difference. Yes, the quality was better, I've gotten so many compliments on how nice they look and people wanting to know where I had them done. But also, the comfort level of my braids this time was the real shocker. I don't know what exactly Crown did differently than the last two times I've had braids but I finally understand why people usually say you can leave them in so long! The braids were tight so they stayed looking nice even with my less than professional knowledge of how to maintain them, but they weren't uncomfortable in the slightest, and what a HUGE difference that makes! The way she did them, the tightness was only ever directly on the braids themselves, never pulling anywhere else. I'm so pleased with the entire experience, during and throughout having them. While I was there waiting Crown was very accommodating to other customers that wanted specific things done, and she is able to do much more intricate types of hairstyles than the straight braids that I had done. If you're looking to try something different or want to try a different stylist than you normally go to, I can't recommend Bella Professional African Hair Braiding Toledo more. Thanks Crown! I got passion twist crochet braids and I brought in 5 packs of hair because I have a little head and my hair was short at the time. Well the lady started a anchor braid in my hair then I was told I needed to get a few more packs of hair so I went to the beauty supply store and purchased 4 more packs figured more than enough is better and what she doesn't use I can return. Much to my surprise she used all 9 packs ud83dude33 I had to much hair on my anchor braid so it's starting weighing down the anchor so I had to remove the braids only after 5 days of having them in...I should of went back and had her do them over but I just decided not to ever go back ud83dude43

I set my daughter appointment ahead of time for her pictures. The lady waited until the day of, 45 minutes before her hair appointment, to call me and basically say she has no one to do her hair. The appointment was for 5 in the evening, after school. So please explain how I will be able to find someone to braid my daughter hair at this last minute?!?!?!?! Very UNPROFESSIONAL.
