Love the sales! Got some amazing deals today! Only thing, when I went to check out at the customer service of the main entrance, no employee in sight. Waited a few minutes and realized no one is coming so I went to search out another register. It was as if I was in an apocalypse, not an employee or person in sight. Not at the jewelry counter, shoes, anywhere. I was starting to freak out a bit when I spotted 2 girls in the bedding department talking up a storm, realized they worked there and the only ones. I had to scope THEM out just to buy my clothes, all the way in the bedding department. I mean who does that unless u need sheets?? Customer service just not what it used to be.

I swear I'll continue to shop at places that treat you like a human lol The cashiers at this location are always very kind, but the floor workers always seem to be annoyed. The store is always quiet, so I don't really understand why they aren't friendlier. The sales are always nice and I love how they always leave their clearance items out for purchase. The store is always neat and clean and I always feel safe at this location while shopping.

I forgot how great that store is and really like that it isn't huge but still well stocked.

Jcp is going down hill. Fast. They have been facing a lot of trouble for the last few years and its really starting to show. Especially at this location. The selection is low and the prices are high. They sometimes have good sales, but their is just not much of a selection there.
