This planet fitness location does a great job spacing everyone out and the clientele is also very understanding at wiping down equipment, keeping their masks on would not actively working out, and making the necessary considerations for it to be a safe, low risk, workout. I would not say this for every location I visited but I feel very safe working out at this location. however I generally try to go early in the morning when all the machines have been cleaned and there are fewer clients present.

This place is immaculate always perfectly clean and a great environment to get your workout

Black Card members for over 6 years and bringing a free guest was a complete joke with all of the protocol to get through. Brought in my 13 year old daughters birth certificate but they wanted a photo ID as well (for a 13 year old). Basically they want you to pay for the top membership but never get the “free” guest benefit. My wife and I canceled both of our black card memberships as no one was ever reasonable on the guest process.

I used to really enjoy going to Planet Fitness, it was always clean and the staff was friendly. Towards the beginning of Covid I cancelled my membership, I would say somewhere around the first couple days of April. I don't check my bank statements regularly so I didn't realize I have been being charged this entire time for a membership until today when I noticed a pending charge. I called, they claim they have no notes about cancelling the account and that they would cancel it but refuse to refund any of the money, not even the pending charge for today. I am highly disappointed. I planned to renew my membership once things settled down (I have a step child with an immune deficiency disorder, therefor I am limited to what I can do at this time and limit my exposure to a bare minimum which means the things I enjoy to do have been cut back tremendously). I will not be renewing my membership and will be finding a new place when the time comes. I will be encouraging all of my friends that use this business to do the same. The company does not care about the customers at all and is very unsympathetic to the severity of this virus when it comes to people with underlying conditions. I wasn't requesting all of my money back, I was simply requesting half or even some of it back. I truly hope that management reviews this and makes some changes for the sake of their company or if they want their customers to come back after this virus is under control. I deeply regret ever being a part of this gym and supporting such a selfish company.
