One of the first gyms I've went to. Good staff and good people. Although they don't have no special massage chair or sauna room, or pool they have great affordable prices and around a good gym.
Great gym! The price is very reasonable, and I really like the private changing rooms. There is a variety of equipment, although it is limited (only 3 benches and 2 squat racks). I especially like how Masks are optional (its really hard to work out in a mask) and free water bottles are provided.

The staff here is great, especially Aaron who is very professional and helpful. The atmosphere is always positive and the facility is always clean and in order. I would recommend Fitness 19 to friends and family who want a no-nonese place to workout.
