What a great academy! Deon is an insipring coach and teacher. With regularly high attendance, there are all different shapes and sizes of people to train with.
I can't tell you how lucky I am to have found this gym. Coach Thompson and all the other instructors are extremely caring, knowledgeable, and all around great. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking to get into Jiu Jitsu, or anyone who wants a place to roll.
Amazing gym for kids or adults. World class training. If your a beginner or wanting to compete on the world level this gym can help you.nnMy 7 year old loves the kids class. It is competitive and safe.
