I absolutely love that I don't have to think about what I'm going to do when I work out. There's no planning on my part and I feel like I'm actually getting what Orange Theory promises --- a total body workout! There is so much positivity and encouragement from the coaches and I feel right at home in the studio!

I love the the variety and the ability to work at my own pace within the workout. It is such a positive place to be! Any fitness level is welcomed here!

I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back! When I arrived I was given a tour of the facility, signed a waver, and got acclimated with the schedule of what was going to happen. During my class, Tiffany (the instructor) made sure that I knew what I was doing at each station and constantly checked in with me to make sure everything was all good. After the class she went over all of the heart rate monitoring with me and helped me pick a membership that fits best with my busy school and work schedule! Easily the most fun I have had a the gym in a long time also the best workout I have had as well.

If you need a quality workout that achieves results, this is it. Staff that supports and teaches you to keep you going and avoid injury. Members that you meet and laugh together as you achieve objectives. 1 hour a day to maintain good health. This is fantastic. Once you're in the groove, you'll be amazed at what you'll do for a glow in the dark tee shirt!

I absolutely love the atmosphere, the coaches, the entire staff! The workouts are always new and different! I would never go anywhere else.
