I bought a car dec 30 I then never recieved the title . I called and called and even went there in person. They would not re issue the temp tag and on the 52nd day waiting I went back to dealer and they gave me a copy where the title was completed on FEB 17 and said well its mailed. I would never buy a vehicle or recommend them to any1 I literally called them 100s of times.

DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR HERE U WILL NEVER GET YOUR TITLE EVERRRR!!! neither do they pick up the phone its illegal to sell cars without an title how tf are yall still in business still

I purchased a truck from them on June 3, 2020. They promised me a 90 day warranty. 2 months later, I still have not received the title, despite contacting them several times. I contacted the Attorney General of Ohio and am told that there are many similar complaints about not getting the title. They seem to have forgotten about the 90 day warranty they have in their documentation and gave me info on. They gave me a temporary plate that expired on July 18. I came from PA to purchase a vehicle there. PA will not issue a plate for a car that does not have a title. I hesitated to give them one star, but apparently zero stars is not an option, but it should be. Shame on you for your terrible customer service and deceptive practices.

I wouldn’t waste my time with this lot. Bought a 1997 Rav4 from here, turned out to be a lemon. Now I’m out $1700 (Down from $2200) and they refuse to work with me about the problems, I also have yet to receive my title even after I’ve gone down there 3 times and my father has went once. Cars are way too over priced for as many miles and the condition they are in, the cars are not inspected by the “mechanic” nor are the cars detailed. When I purchased my car I had to clean it myself and repair the bad rotor and power steering line leak, not to mention them not mentioning the rotting rear end and bad neck filler. If you want to pay $3200 for a Pontiac Grand Am with 180,000 miles then this is the place to do it.

Overall my experience purchasing the vehicle was great however I bought my vehicle February 21 of 2020 and my temporary plate has run out and I still have yet to receive my title it is April 5th of 2020 there isn't a reason my title shouldn't be here yet.
