Ok, so I’ve officially had it. No matter what time of day I order, somethings wrong. I do work nights, so it’s all that’s open when I go there. It’s always something. Tonight, when I got there, it was busy. Waited patiently in line(around 10:15). Even though it seemed like the food was moving decent , I got home with my order(although you have to check your bag before you leave). Everything in the bag was labeled to match my order. But, the burger was pretty much blackened and the fries were brown/hard? Also my fiancé ordered there about 6:30. His fries were as hard,brown,and nasty as mine are now. Would rather microwave canned food at home,and it’s cheaper. When I pay for a convenience, I don’t expect a hassle. EVERY TIME. smh.

Went on a Saturday morning , the drive through was almost reaching the entrance .nWent inside and forgot my mask , a very kind employee handed one to me and I thanked her . The staff was not only overwhelmed , but every single employee was kind !nI was extremely impressed !n9-19-20nThank all of you for a great job !

We ordered, pulled up, then had to wait for 15-20 minutes for our drinks. I went inside once to inform them. They said we will being them right out. Waited a 5 -8 more minute and went inside again and they gave all my money back, but still took another 5 minutes to get my drinks.

I eould give zero stars if i could. I have walked in when a managers were talking about employees on front line and when said employee overheard he starts cussing and saying if it doesn't quit im going home. All i have to say is 1 managers need to act like managers and if you have a problem you take said employee to office and in private voice your concerns. 2 if an employee said that to me i would say take it to the house.
