This has got to be the slowest banking staff I have ever met in my life. As I type this I have been sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes and there has only been one car ahead of me... both sides have not moved. Will not bank here anymore, PNC has severely went down hill in thier services.

If you like waiting in lines this the bank is for you. Just waited 20 mins to talk to a teller. Decided to bank at Chase.
It’s very sad and frustrating every time you go to this branch and something is broke or doesn’t work. I know I work very long hours and I like to go to the branch I live near so I can go write home after working long hours and to pull into the bank and the atm is always down or like last night I couldn’t deposit money into my account cause the cash option was frayed out and I shouldn’t have to drive around town to find a PNC bank where there is a working atm. I’m sick of all the late fees when you can’t even accommodate a working atm. I’m really starting to hate PNC and will be switching
