ATM Farmers National Bank Of Canfield

I’m in the process of dropping them and moving to another bank. I have my business accounts through Huntington and love the ATM deposit, extended weekday and weekend hours and they’ve always been great in the customer service area. Unlike Farmers constantly causing issues, locking my mobile banking for my business account at what seems like every single month when they do updates (and when you call the number listed on the error page of the business app the person tells you “we have no control over the business login or app” so why the hell is that number listed in the error?!), restricted hours and even closing branches, like the one by my house in Mineral Ridge. I also started using PNC for all my personal banking & direct deposit from work because of the virtual wallet 3 accounts Spend (checking), Reserve (general savings for purchases) and Growth (a full on savings account) and they also have ATM deposits and both banks have FREE overdraft protection, where they pull funds from your secondary accounts instead of charging you a fee. Whereas Farmers dings you $36 overdraft fee for every hit, even if you have thousands in your savings account, unless you want to pay extra to get overdraft protection. Plus, when it comes to any kind of lending, Farmers fees are outrageously high compared to any other bank I’ve talked to. I’m all for doing business with local companies, but I’m done with that company, they’re a joke.
