I went onto vans website this morning and saw that if you order over $75 you get free expedited shipping before Christmas. So I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise and when I was checking out it only gave me the option of standard shipping. It said at the bottom that expedited shipping would be applied at check out. And it was not. I automatically went on to live chat to see if I was in fact getting expedited shipping. I spoke to someone named Millie and she was not helpful at all. There was 5 to 10 minutes where she wouldn’t even answer me. And then finally came back and said no we cannot cancel but I will send a request to the warehouse. So now I’m not getting my order before Christmas. Website is totally misleading and customer service is absolutely horrible!!!!!! I will never order from them again!
