The Sephora inside the Franklin Park Mall has the most helpful staff. They were extremely friendly and was patient with me to help choose the perfect foundation and highlighter for my complexion. I so wish the Sephora near my home was this good. It was Tatiana who helped me with everything I asked. She was too sweet .
Extremely professional and friendly staff, I know my makeup and they can keep up! I did have questions about Opalex and a wonderful staff member helped me and told me about her personal experience with it and how to use it and what exact product to go with! She also told me about a new foundation that was released recently, I hadn’t tried it yet—she gave me samples and I’m sold on the swatches she matched me with. Will be returning to get that foundation! Thanks!
This store is neat and organized. The staff here is wonderful! I always need help or suggestions and the ladies here never make me feel silly for asking. They have great recommendations and care about their customers. This is my stop for cosmetics!
