Clorissa was an EXCELLENT associate! I feel she went above and beyond to help me! When she suggested the new bra, she explained why one is better then the other!nShe was very personable and non judgemental. I was very self conscious and she made me feel comfortable!
Fabulous the girl there was fantastic I would go back and just see her. She was so nice and stuck with us till we got the right support and good bras.
If I could give negative stars I would! Went today to return 2 pair of shoes and was questioned/quizzed about payment method (PayPal) by Pam..she said she was Mgr..she told me she was refusing to give me a refund even though I had receipt for purchases..treated me like a thief and talked to me in a manner reserved for dogs! Unbelievable how horrible she was! Of course I am inclined to believe due to the melanin content of my skin she treated me this way. I will never step foot in this store again and I’m telling all my friends too.
I always ship my orders online to the store! There are there quick and easy to pick up!
