I’ve been going to the Cirillas on Monroe since I turned 18 in 2016 and I’ve never had a bad experience! HOWEVER I received the BEST service I’ve ever received in there today. Jen was amazing with me today. She came up to me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She helped me a lot when it came to figuring out if the lingerie I picked would fit without the use of a fitting room (I’m scared to even use a public bathroom because of Covid so I’m not stepping foot in a fitting room for a WHILE) I also noticed as I was walking in she was sanitizing! In all honesty I barely see any stores sanitize anything. But to see that was really reassuring.
Very simple to be a pinky army camouflage bra loving femboy. I love CiriLLasud83eudd70ud83cudff3ufe0fud83cudf08and I’m happy I got to be with a great Toledo community to this day I am a very happy ud83dude0a costumer
Some staff is mean & the staff hover over your shoulder a lot. But, it’s pretty much the only shop of its kind in West Toledo.
Very friendly ladies here. I never felt out of place or judged . I love this store
This is my second review. I'm redoing it due to the great experience I had with the store manager when it came to getting my questions answered and anything else I needed help with. Another great thing is all the stuff online is in the store as far as this one goes. Coming back for sure.
