Yesterday my Mom wanted a new pair of Sketchers. We went into the mall around 2pm and walked right in. There was a Rep named Alex who helped my mom the entire time. They have a huge selection and Alex was familiar with the various styles and my Mom was able to find 2 pair she loved. Thanks so much for being kind, knowledgeable and professional Alex. Was looking for a great shoe for my wife as she works 10 hour days on her feet. Would liked to have more hands on feedback from the ladies working instead of chasing them down each time my wife had a question or if they had a size she was looking at. Still bought a pair I hope she likes.
This location provided poor customer service, demonstrated insufficient resourcing, and shoddy inventory management. There is much room to improve and I hope they do.
Pretty good service. Great prices for walking shoes since I have a job where I walk all day. I usually come here.
Went into the store to buy my son who has disabilities shoes. He doesnt wear a mask due to medical issues and according to state law this is allowed. I was wearing a mask. We were at the mall and went into several other stores no problem. Violet the clerk refused my son service even after I explained he was legally allowed to be without a mask. I was told there store policy is no mask no service no matter the law. This is discrimination and up to 75000 dollar fine for the company. I will be filing a complaint and lawsuit. People with disabilites have rights too!
