Came in with my favorite winter coat, the zipper was the issue...the gentleman at the counter was super helpful. Tried a quick trick and fingers crossed ud83eudd1e it worked!! No need for significant repair, didn't charge me, just asked that I pay forward his deed, which I will. Will continue to be a patron of Alterations & More, they have always taken care of my children's uniform alterations, wouldn't go anywhere else...thanks!

Size 14 to size 8. Ms. Suki is a god send! Brought my bridesmaid’s dress in on Tuesday night, was ready on Sunday afternoon! You guys did an amazing job! Will be coming back!

I cannot CANNOT describe how amazing these people are!!!nI had my sister’s wedding on 9/26/20nI had been attempting to lose weight in order to fit into a dress that I purposely ordered small to make me lose the weight.nThe MONDAY BEFORE THE WEDDING I try on the dress and it doesn’t fit! I WAITED LAST MIN ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0fnSo here I go into the store and tell them “I need this let out and hemmed oh and by friday”nThey said “OK” and got right to work! Called me Thursday to come for a fitting to make sure everything was done right and I walked in Friday afternoon and picked up my finished dress!nNeedless to say YOU GUYS FREAKIN ROCK!!! THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH YOU LEGIT SAVED THE DAY!!! I will use you guys in the future for sure (with alot more notice I PROMISE)

Horrible customer service. The gentleman I spoke with was completely rude and uncaring that the alterations that were promised and pinned were not completed. Then when asked how he was going to fix it he said there was nothing he could do. I was charged incorrectly according to him but instead of a phone call to explain this and ask if I still wanted the alterations done I was given a incompletely altered dress and no offer to fix THERE MISTAKE! THEY HAD MY DRESS FOR 10 DAYS and didnt think to call me about a alterations that mind you after looking closer at the dress was STARTED!nnBrides beware if your looking for alterations take your items elsewhere....
