The day was perfect. Jake and the crew were friendly and the vibe of the place was peaceful. Had some great conversations with Jake. Left there feeling like I made a new friend. Awesome human interaction. It flowed with ease. It was my best car buying experience to date. It seemed everyone was tuned in to a vortex of alignment and it was wonderful. I felt a nature high from that experience for two days.

The whole staff was very welcoming.nNISSA the Rep/Scheduler at Taylor Hyundai Of Toledo was prompt and reached out.nLANCE the salesman at Taylor Hyundai of Toledo is awesome! 5 stars given because he was professional, had a great personality, was very informative, didn't beat around the bush with details or information I needed to know, did all that he could for things to work in my favor, and got me taken care of in a timely manner. Also, him sharing my business info was a highlight.. what business do you know shares their customers business info to help them out?! Go see him for your new lease or purchase!

Typically buying a car can be a not so great experience, working with Drew was a breath of fresh air. Wasn't pushy at all, just wanted us to find a car that would work best for our family. He was able to get us the vehicle we wanted and most importantly at the payment we wanted. Thank you Drew! When it's time for another vehicle, we'll be back.

Just wanted to stop by and say this is my 2nd time visiting Taylor but my 1st time at Hyundai. My boy Jake helped me out big time. He was very helpful and definitely professional. After the experience even a friend, i will definitely come back here for another purchase in the future. Thanks again Jake!!
