Very accommodating team members here. I worked with Shawn Service for the second time and he is amazing. He helped me get my daughter's sweet sixteen gift and reveal together. This time he helped me find the perfect car for my wife within my desired price range. All without playing into the negative stereotype about car salesmen. At Taylor Cadillac they are what you would expect from a premium dealership and Shawn has shown that every time. I cannot wait until I am ready to by my next SUV, I will be at Taylor Cadillac to see Shawn for sure.

Shawn Service helped me purchase my new vehicle and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was super responsive to my calls and emails and didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for a few requests that I had. I drove from Michigan to Taylor Cadillac and was not disappointed. Shawn was easy to deal with, helpful, knowledgeable and a fellow car guy (which always helps). I also dealt with Bridget (in the finance department) and Brian (the sales manager). Both Bridget and Brain made the purchase easy and straightforward. I would also like to mention that I have never visited a dealership quite like Taylor Cadillac. The building and grounds are immaculate and when you walk inside you feel like you’re in a beautiful home, not a sterile/office building like dealership. I highly recommend Shawn, his service is second to none. Thanks again, Shawn and Taylor Cadillac!

I went into the Cadillac dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and the sales associates Singh and Archie along with Bridgett the finance manager made it happen for me. The customer service was beyond excellent and I walked away knowing I made the perfect decision! I HIGHLY recommend going to see Archie B. or Singh M. if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. Thank you again guys.

Spent a lot of money on car repairs over 2 to 3 months. Some of the staff helpful and understanding. But mechanics in the repair department didn't do repairs correctly the first and other things got broken that wasn't when we first dropped car off for repairs. Also, individuals in upper management we not trying to be accommodating of the amount of business/money we have been spending with them to give us a loaner vehicle until our car repairs were completed. Some of the sales staff had rude and unprofessional attitudes that I experienced on more than one occasion. In the future I wouldn't purchase or want to deal with this dealership unless they improve their customer service toward their customers.
