We were purchasing our lease and Brandon Osborn was pretty quick with all the paper work needed. He was really quick to respond to emails previously sent him.. he was really friendly and helpful from when we leased our vehicle and when we purchased our vehicle.nWe then went to finance where they were also really quick and super friendly. We would highly recommend Brandon with sales if anyone is in need of a vehicle for lease or buying.
I enjoyed the service that I received from Chris.D and his team. Everyone was so kind and respectful to me. I told Chris what I was looking for and he delivered more than what I was expecting!! The process was quick and was able to pick up my vehicle in a timely manner. I also, had a great experience with Kenny.D as he assisted with my paperwork. Found a car online and scheduled a test drive with Gabe. He set us up in the vehicle and allowed us to make decisions with zero pressure, he was up front and honest which was refreshing. Showed us a similar model but a year older but we decided that it wasn't right and he was able to get us out the door in just a few hours with the original car. During the test drive we found a few sight issues and he was able to have his guys look at it and fix it. A great experience all around. Thank you!!
Angie was amazing! She was knowledgeable about the vehicles, which I find rare these days. She was quick to remedy any issues or questions. Followed up next day to make sure everything was going smooth. Angie treats you like a person and not a sale, again tough to find these days on car lots. Go to her at Yark Auto, you won't regret it.
My service consultant Wayne was AWESOME! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He was GREAT! His communication skills were EXCELLENT! He was very professional and he wanted to help me. I had the best EXPERIENCE EVER! This is DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO FOR ALL OF YOUR CAR SERVICING NEEDS!!!! They have awesome ways to communicate. I work full-time and so talking on the phone does not always work for me. I was able to send text messages to Wayne and he always responded. I loved this feature. He was honest and made sure that all of my questions were answered. But, most importantly he educated me so that I understood exactly what I needed to know about my car and what was being done and how much it was going to cost. I felt like my BUSINESS was an IMPORTANT PART OF YARK AUTOMOTIVE!!!! Thanks Wayne!!!!!!!!
