Just bought my third vehicle from Ballas and LET ME TELL YOU, this is the BEST place to buy a vehicle. Always have the best experience here and feel like my business is genuinely valued. HUGE thank you to the Justin Taylor. He always works extremely hard for me and doesn’t do the whole tacky car sales guy thing when I come in. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a nice vehicle. I will ALWAYS do my business here thanks to him!!!

I was rear-ended and the insurance sent me to Ballas. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks and they told me they had to recharge my battery and fill it with water to start it. They told me to have my battery checked out and possibly replaced. I picked up my car and drove to my restaurant and there was battery acid spewing everywhere. I took it to Autozone and they replaced it, telling me it was overcharged which caused it to leak and smoke.nThe manager of the collision center is now telling me I shouldn't have replaced the battery and that he's not going to re-imburse me. Customer service tells me to have my insurance company sort it out. He doesn't want to take blame or apologize and it's dishonest and disrespectful. Dave Garret doesn't deserve your business. Don't waste your time or your money here with these shady liars.

Please do check out Ballas Buick! I got a great deal, & dealt with great people. The transaction was smooth as glass. Everything was explained in detail. There was no stone left unturned as far as service, information, & comfort. No pressure deals. I am very impressed! I am very glad I went to Ballas, in Toledo, Ohio. (I live in Mi.) My wife and I had a great experience with Justin TaylornJust starting looking for a new vehicle, he made me an offer George Ballas himself would be proud of ,making sure I actually drove the car off the lot!!!, within 90 minutesnYoung man works hard and fair, I recommend putting Justin Taylor on your list when you shop for a new OR previously owned vehicle. I bought a GMC Acadia and love it!
