My vehicle was stolen and totaled by criminals in less than 24 hours. Justin Taylor took excellent care of me. He is very knowledgeable and will help you get what you want. I wanted a dark blue GMC Terrain and he found me one. Justin goes the extra mile for his customers! And he made sure to find it by the time my insurance paid the claim. I recently bought a used vehicle from Ballas. First, were fantastic in getting me in the vehicle I wanted! Secondly, about a couple weeks after my purchase my check engine light came on, we took it into their service department. Caleb was SO HELPFUL and the whole department was through it all. I can’t say enough, how much I appreciated his help! I was without it for a month due to the engine work it needed. They also helped me get a rental. I would recommend both their sales and service department!

The entire experience went very quickly and smoothly. I have nothing but praise for the entire Ballas associates that I worked with. The only negative comment that I can make is that the windshield washer reservoir was almost empty. This is my second Buick from Ballas and both times have been very positive. Plus, I have always had good service from their service department.

Truly grateful for people who are still genuine in this world. I walked in Ballas nervous about my approval odds due to the recent purchase of my new home. Justin Taylor, assured me that at this location they do not simply sell cars.. customer service, and making sure they do what’s best for their customers means much more to them.nnThey certainly lived up to this! Not only did Justin find me a car perfect for my family, their finance guy at this location went above and beyond to make sure I stayed within my budget, and to make my experience more welcoming the manager actually watched my 3 children while I’ll finished my paperwork. This level of service is truly hard to come by.. I’m grateful and if you’re looking for quality service please visit this location! Had a fantastic experience. Sales consultant Justin Taylor was excellent. Very sharp and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Easy to talk to about what I wanted. In addition, he was able to answer all questions. Definitely recommend to anyone in the market looking for a car!
