I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Bryan at Great Roofing & Restoration. I called to see if someone could come out for a last minute roof inspection as we are buying a new home. Cassie answered the phones and was so nice and pleasant to talk with, wonderful customer service. She talked with Bryan who came out within a couple hours that same day to inspect the roof, for free! I chatted with Bryan on the phone after and he was so nice, he explained that the roof was in great condition (which is great news for us!) and just a few minor things that could be fixed but not any rush. He let us know the condition of the shingles, the age, and the life expectancy. We will be definitely contacting Bryan once we move in to fix the few things he mentioned. I could tell he was an honest person and would recommend to anyone.
Top notch team. Jason and his crew have been dealing with the insurance company and held them to the highest standards when they approved a partial repair he stepped up to the plate and proved that this wouldn't work and got the full replacement approved and paid for by my home insurance. Looking forward to another great review of the installation.
I had a gentleman named Tim Hackney come out to look at my roof because of a leak. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable about what he does and professional. I highly recommend using him and will recommend him to people I know with roofing issues.
We experienced a leak in our living room which ended up being from the roof. Jason Kaczur and his crew came out quickly to do an inspection on our room and determined the issues. They were thorough in their inspection and took a lot of pictures while explaining the process along the way. The inspection process was quick and easy!nnWe will be moving forward with installing an new roof and look forward to seeing the finished results!
We had roof damage due to wind/hail. We called Great Roofing and they were out in a timely manner. They started work on the roof promptly and communicated well with us and the insurance company. Tim Hackney was friendly and professional. He answered any questions we had and was available when needed. I would highly recommend their services.
