I've been getting my taxes done with them for 2 years now and I love it! Ms. Nicole is a very nice person, she answered all my question and helped me understand the filing process.nnMs. Dawn is nice too. I love her jokes. She has a great sense of humor. She's a good tax preparer as well

If i honestly could give them a negative rating i would!Do NOT go here! They screwed up my taxes so bad i owe almost 700.00 in school taxes! And most of that is just interest and pentilities! And they refuse to make it right! Or even give me my money back for them doing a service that they didn't even do! But yet they advertise that if its not done correctly it is free! I have been trying to get a hold of the store manager but all I keep getting is the run around! Same with corporate! Im so fed up! Save your money and do NOT go here!
