The best haircuts and colors I've ever gotten. It lasts a good while and the staff are so friendly. Rarely a long wait, easy walk ins, and great results. I won't be going anywhere else any time soon. Love everything about it here.
I am extremely upset with the lack of communication regarding my appointment today. I made this appointment about 6 weeks ago. Confirmed it and received an email to arrive at 3:30 and wait in my car for a phone call or someone would come to get me. I waited for a half hour in my car and finally walked in to inquire about my appointment with Katie and was told Oh, we don't call you in anymore, did you sign in at the desk. No, I did not sign in at the desk, I had an appointment and was told via email to wait in the car. Needless to say, my stylist, was busy doing someone else's hair and really could have cared less that I had been waiting in my car for her for a half hour. I am very disappointed with how I was treated and will definitely never come back. Not that anyone cares, but just wanted to voice my opinion on the lack of customer service and courtesy.
I always bring my grandson here! They are awesome and fast! Christa does a great job with him & gives him the best cuts he's had!
I've been going to Austin for a while now and he is the most genuine person as well as the most talented hairstylist that I've been to! He always does the most amazing non-damaging color melts and hair cuts! My hair always feels so much better after seeing him. He really knows how to keep the integrity of your hair all while giving you the best color melts. I can always tell he has so much creativity and passion for what he does! If you are in the winter park or Orlando area, I would most definitely reccomend him! You will get nothing but the utmost kindness, respect and an amazing hair style or color!
