Joined 3 weeks ago and I am impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the facility. I've worked with trainers before but none like Joseph Arthur. He's very professional and shows a genuine interest in helping me reach my goals. Best trainer around....hang on to him!
Just recently my locker was broken into and my credit cards were stolen. I found so suspicious that someone had the time to actually break a lock.nI do not recommend this location to anyone.nAnd I will soon be canceling my membershipnnYou asked me to send an email to the address you gave me so you can gather more information. I did send an email with more specific information and the response I got was we apologize but we do not replace any stolen goods. I wasn't asking you guys to replace anything..nNo worries im just another gone member.
People walking around without masks... tv channel messed up & have been that way for weeks & they are aware of it. Ladies bathrooms not very clean. Staff stands behind desk doing nothing. Sometimes towel dispenser are empty & you have to search for one that is not. This place has really went downhill
Pretty decent, Avon location is newer and cleaner. Good place right off the freeway. Enough to get it in and then bounce.
I travel all over for work and utilize the black card membership often. I have visited this location before and it was clean and well kept. Today however, going into this location it was filthy! I didn’t shower after my workout, I thought I would be cleaner if I waited until I got home after work tonight to shower. I would rank this location the lowest of low for cleanliness when it comes to PF’s I have visited. On a positive note the equipment selection is great and the gym members are friendly.
