During Covid months I had put my account on a freeze only to know I was removed from freeze few months later and was being billed without my knowledge, until recently when I saw my statement. No one ever called to see why a member who is consistently being billed never showed up to a single class at the gym. When I asked what could be done in terms of a refund, they mentioned that the only thing that could be done is waive my final 30 day notice payment and they are unable to give any kind of refund if I cancel. If I don’t cancel, the only option was to waive 3 payments and not the entire 6 for something I did not even attend even once these past 6 months!! Very poor customer service in terms of keeping their clients happy and they have lost one customer for good and I am never returning back to an orange theory ever again!!
Orange theory Avon does a great job at making sure we all are comfortable coming in for our workouts. From the friendly and professional staff to head coaches... they do a great job!
I love this place. Coach murph is awesome!
