I have been going to JRNY FIT over a year now. I am so thankful l don’t have to do this journey alone. I have become stronger and more confident with the help of their staff. Journey Health and Fitness is my absolute favorite gym to go to and is by far the cleanest gym as well! Noah and the Journey Fit team do an amazing job of training you and keeping you accountable, while still making you feel great about yourself! Noah has perfected Functional Strength Training in the gym & his clients experience a relationship based quality service. He is also a great man.
I started training there over a year ago. They are hands down the best studio in Avon. The staff are so helpful and everyone who works out there is so friendly and welcoming. Even through COVID they have kept the facility so clean!!
There are so many good things to say about JRNY and Noah. There is no better place to go to work towards your health goals. The place is immaculate and they have everything you would need to safely and effectively get the job done. 11/10 recommend REGARDLESS of your experience.
