Not sure about the Yoga, but this place is a martial arts studio Thursday nights and Sunday mornings. Hidden gem for the Neijia or internal martial arts styles
Erica is a true gem. She has such a positive presence in the studio. I really look forward to her classes at the end of a hectic work day. She is very helpful and offers hands on adjustments and modifications. The intimate studio space is always clean and promotes relaxation. There are several different class types for beginner to advanced yogis and her prices are unbeatable. Erica makes herself available after class to answer questions and gives tips for home practice. I'm hooked! I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking to get their 'Om' on!
Whether you are looking for a power vinyasa class or are just getting started with practicing, YogaFlow Studio's classes are perfect! I've been practicing since November 2013 and love Erica's power and all level flow classes. She offers great advice, not to mention a neck massage during savasana. I always leave class feeling refreshed and empowered!
