These guys absolutely crushed it today. A cover blew off our ductless air conditioner due to high winds in our neighborhood. Not only did they get someone out within the hour after I called, they did so even though they themselves had no power at their business in Avon. No complaining. Very friendly. Really great customer service, highly recommend these guys.
I’ve called Stack twice now for different furnace issues. They have been great! Prompt call back and quick response. Techs were friendly and honest. Costs were kept to a minimum and I didn’t feel cheated. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
The Stack team is very professional and knowledgeable. They have a lot of great resources on their site and answered all the questions I had.
