The customer service at Big Frog is excellent! I purchased shirts for my company, there was a problem with the ink In the material of the shirt after washing them. I called the owner, and told me to come in. There was no hassle, honest mistake, and made a whole new batch at no cost. That speaks volumes to the integrity of the company. And the shirts look awesome!!! Thank you!! Three word sum up Quality, Honesty, Accountability

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of apparel and products that are reasonably priced. Big Frog is also active in the community and with charity. If you have a custom shirt idea it can be turned into reality at Big Frog!

Cathy at Big Frog Custom T-Shirts is amazing. Cathy helped me and my family with a design for a special shirt to support a family member just diagnosed with leukemia. Big Frog has several different name brands of shirts and colors.and will help you with any design you come up with to put it on a shirt. Our shirts were delivered very fast and they look and feel fantastic. Keep up the great work and thank you so much for the wonderful t-shirts. Everyone in our family loves them.

I was recommended here by the lady that works in the North Ridgeville High School bookstore. The staff at Big Frog was very friendly. I brought in 7 sweatshirts to have my family name put on the backs and let me just say, Big Frog was the most affordable place I looked into, and they did a fantastic job!! Took a couple days longer then quoted but the price made up for the delay.
