Seemed to be excellent when we went to order the suit for rent. First day of trying it on the pants were 3 inches to short and tight and the wrong jacket. Day two, wrong shirt one jacket sleeve was longer than the other. Got my money back needed a suit for the next day couldn't trust them to get it right. Went to American Commodore was hooked up asap.

A truly exceptional establishment, not just this single location but the company as a whole. I previously rented a tuxedo at American Commodore and although the service there was great, I feel as Men’s Wearhouse has an edge over the former. Even though they were busy I was taken care of by individuals who knew exactly what they were doing and were highly efficient. Not to mention the pricing of the tuxedo I rented was much more economical than that of American Commodore even with extra expenses added on. Not only was this portion of the experience was fantastic, my wallet that I had left in my coat pocket had had money stolen out of it and upon calling Men’s Wearhouse, they reimbursed me in full and then some for the incident. Truly great exceptional service is rare to come by and Men’s Wearhouse at this location and a whole hits all bases.
