The aisles were smaller this year then last. It was very crowed in the afternoon. Shouldngo earlier if you want to shop atnyour own pace.
I will never return to this particular Burlington’s again. The store is a disaster, there is merchandise all over the aisles so it’s hard to navigate with a cart. They’re understocked every time I have been there. Today I showed up to the register with $150 worth of merchandise just to be rudely told by a cashier named Marae that there are no bags. There were tons of people in line and no one had told us at all until we got to the register. I have a 1 year-old I have to take to my car and their carts lock at the door. This is a huge problem, and she made it even worse with her poor attitude. She was very cold and made me extremely uncomfortable. We all have bad days and workers are only human but there’s no reason to take your bad mood out on customers. If I was management I’d be taking to this associate about her poor demeanor. Absolute nightmare of a store, more worth your time to drive to the location in North Olmsted.
Love it, love it, love it. Has almost anything but a large food section. Has pretty much anything to furnish your home at resonable prices for high end brands
