Very unhappy that every time I have this place work on anything I get call back with a list problems and constantly feel like they are trying to get more work out of my cars then what is needed. I have taken multiple cars to them for simple jobs and have to deny extra services because they aren’t needed. I will not be taking my cars to this place anymore personally. They do good work but I am done with them after yet another disappointing phone call.

I must say that the employees at Pallens will take care of you. Isabel and Tomas are great!! They are truely heaven sent and are honest, reliable, and affordable mechanics. Being a military family and having lived in many different states and countries, I must say that it has always been a struggle to find a good mechanic (especially one that is consistently honest and reliable); however, at Pallens, we have not had that problem. They have taken care of us and thoroughly explained the issue we had with our truck. Fixed and done! What a blessing.nMy husband and I will definitely be giving them our service in the future:-)
They were very helpful. They took their time to explain things to me. They fixed my car with no issues. They were finished in a timely manner. I will definitely go to them again!!!!
I was so inspired with Isabel and her husband Thomas they were awesome in every aspect of the word they treated me like family and I’m definitely referring and going back matter of fact this will be the ONLY place I will take my HEAVEN SENT! Love you guys!
