Amazing customer service, great deals, and good quality vehicles. I’m happy with my experience. Alex showed a lot of interest in my needs as a client. I was able to walk out with a 2010 kia for a good price. I totally recommend this place.
I found a vehicle here that I was interested in and having a hard time finding locally. So I explained that I was an out of state buyer who would be willing to make the trip to purchase the vehicle, but needed to be assured the vehicle was worth the trip to see, test drive and was what the pictures indicated so I wouldn’t have any bad surprises upon seeing it in person.nnWhen I got to the dealership it was clear that the vehicle was exactly as advertised. They stayed open late so I could test drive and throughly look over the vehicle.nnI am very happy with my purchase and the level of customer service I received.nnNext time I’m in the market for a vehicle I’ll be checking out the inventory here first, even though there are plenty of closer dealerships.
Went to look at a 2005 Subaru today. The vehicle was listed in excellent conditions was told over the phone that everything was in good working order with no problems or accidents. Drove 3 hours from Michigan with the intention of purchasing the vehicle. After getting to inspect the vehicle in person numerous problems became apparent. The exhaust was patched in 2 places and held up with construction strap. The driver's side front quarter panel had obviously been repainted with poor workmanship. The brakes were very soft and unsafe. There was a noticeable exhaust leak. The interior had a profound musty odor. Alex was not honest with me, he lied about the condition of this vehicle and wasted my time.
