UPDATE: The service director Jon called and was able to provide a solution that I was happy with. Will be giving the dealership another chance.nnLeased my car two years ago and the sales guy John James was great and unfortunately he’s no longer with the dealership. The service department specifically Chris is absolutely terrible and the reason I won’t be returning.nnI had an oil change Monday and according to Chris my car was in great condition. Well I left with a check engine light on. I called the next day with the code asking if this was covered under warranty or the lease agreement and Chris said “I don’t know”. I had more questions and still the answer was I don’t know: I probably should have started with what he did know as the conversation would have been much shorter. He takes no initiative to find out the answer as he doesn’t seem to care. Also have a feeling it’s because I’m a woman.nnI was hoping this was an isolated issue but by reading reviews it appears not to be.nnI called Brunswick Mazda and had a much better experience which is where I’ll be taking my business.nn5 stars for the sales department, 0 stars for the service department to be clear. Maybe the service department should be commissioned based- I have a feeling the customer service would be much different if so!

We took our Mazda Tribute up there to get brakes fixed. Pedal was sinking to ground so they checked it out and said master cynleder and brake booster. So when we took it in, after that was done there was another related problem going on with that, but they had to find the part, so they did and and fixed it with no additional charge. Gave us a loaner for few days and so overall we are happy with Chris the Service manager and staff who helped fix our car that we love, for reasonable price. Would not hesitate to take SUV there again.

This is a horrible dealership when it comes to service. They take forever to fix something. They don’t call you with updates and when they do they are short and the guy has an attitude. Recently took my car in because The alternator went and it needed a maintenance check. It took them a total of four days to fix. Also they broke something while trying to take the alternator out. They expected us to pay for what they broke. And I’m sorry but if you break something we shouldn’t be expected to pay. Anyways picked my car up today and since picking up it is making a sound that it didn’t make before when you turn the heat/AC on. So we’re taking it back on Tuesday to see what it is. I know that they probably did something on purpose to get back at us for not paying. After Tuesday I definitely won’t be taking my car back to them. Save your time and your money and take your Mazda somewhere else.

The service do not pick up the phonenDo not call you backnI tried the chat and were worsenCould not answer a question for oil change and if the have appointment availability.nI could use the online tool but there was a reason why I want someone to answer my questions not to give me a linknMazda my worst car experience since day one. I can not wait to finish this lease.

Shady dealership. Changed our agreement last minute by insisting we finance the new vehicle through them. Would not offer a fair price for our trade in. We found another Mazda dealership that treated us with respect, honored our agreement and gave us a fair price for our trade in. We do not recommend this dealership.
