Having made an online service appointment, my vehicle was promptly serviced while I enjoyed the amenities of the customer waiting area. The coffee was great! The service department personnel were friendly and courteous. When I walked out to pick up my car, i was delighted to see that they had washed it. Great experience!

Customer Service Representative, Brooke, was able to squeeze me in for an oil change and tire rotation on very short notice. When I arrived, it was Brooke who greeted me by name, although we had not met previously. I wanted to use my Buick Rewards points, so Brooke helped me through that process. She was extremely polite, personable, and cheerful throughout. Joyce should be proud to have a person who apparently understands what excellent customer service is.
