Recently, I had a great service experience at Mike Bass Ford. Specifically, Chastity in the Service Department went above and beyond with my recalled transmission, oil change and tire rotation. She even connected me with verbal and written information about a new vehicle we talked about casually. She is not in sales but went out of her way to get an answer to my question and literature for future use. Additionally, the service technician fixed all the recalls on my vehicle, the oil change and tire rotation in less time than originally quoted. I have several nearby Ford dealership choices for service AND purchasing a new vehicle (in December 2019) but this experience helped me decide I will be going to Mike Bass Ford. Thanks to Chastity and the Service Team!nnUpdated March 22, 2021: My family has bought 4 cars in the last year from Mike Bass Ford. Clearly, we appreciate the excellent selection and staff. Pleasant but such a difficult time trying to figure out where to enter to buy a car, where you should go for service, where you go to get your oil changed... and of all the Ford Dealerships I've ever been to, this is the worst. I couldn't even tell you who sold me the car. They could sell more cars just by arranging decent signs on buildings, to tell customers which building to go in for which service. I've been there 3 times & still don't know how to travel around the lot, going in circles around buildings and even into another dealership on the lot. I'm handicapped and they don't even bring my car around for me. Spoiled by John Lance Ford. Not only do they bring the car around for me, they wash it every visit for maintenance, and the salesman checked on me periodically to see if all was going well & even sent an anniversary card, on the purchase anniversary. Disappointed. Moved and it was much closer. Not worth it.
