Great customer service and opened new account in minutes, painlessly.
I recieved a $50 late fee on a late mortgage payment. The payment changed due to taxes increasing so I was under $100 short with years of on time over payments. They said they can't refund me due to making a history of late payments. When argued I have auto pay and I'm paying early they looked into it and realized I'm actually paying so early it appears I'm paying late. They still didn't wave my late fee.
I needed to receive change for $40.00. Because I did not have an account there, I was refused the change. ( I asked for a $10 bill, 10 - $1.00s, and 4 - $5.00s... not a huge amount) You’re a bank! Seriously! Would never go to any bank affiliated with this bank. This is not acceptable.
Great people to deal with at this bank and at this branch. Very friendly and efficient.
