I visited this branch today to get some help with my banking information I needed. I was helped by Tina who was beyond amazing, friendly, personable, and polite. She was efficient in helping me with all that I needed and I never thought I would leave a bank in a better mood due to such outstanding customer service. Highly impressed and will return again to this branch specifically in the future due to such an amazing experience I had and good interaction.
Appreciate late hours on a Saturday but useless if they don’t staff accordingly. No banker to handle new account at 1pm. Banker 3 deep at 2pm. Possibly staff the right mix Of employees.
Everyone is super nice here. I actually go here even if main bank is open. Hours are so convenient. I mean banking on a Sunday. How cool is that. 5 stars.
