We have bought several cars from Country Auto. We have been treated so wonderful if we needed anything it was taken care of. Great customer service. Very willing to help out in anyway possible. I would recommend everyone to give them a chance. Absolutely a five star:
Not very pleased with the way Jeff handled my son. We went there he told us a price for my sons truck and we agreed and made the deal. That very day the check engine light comes on, on the car he just bought, he called Jeff said that he would pay half (reasonable). My son gets it checked out today calls Jeff with a price, he informed my son that he had to junk the truck he traded in so repairs were on my 18 year old son. We didn't force him to give my son that price for the truck he was told everything we knew. We have probably bought 20 cars over the years from Jeff. Well this was the last one. Never again.
Would not recommend this place to anyone, the woman and the man were extremely rude and didn’t even act like they cared if I bought a vehicle or not . The flex they had me test drive had zip ties holding the radiator together , buyer be ware they said they don’t guarantee anything and the vehicles were not up to par and if you ask for anything at all to be done to the vehicle before you buy they’ll refuse , wouldn’t even top the fluid levels off ... glad I decided to go to Tom Ahl instead !
