It is a genuine pleasure to have Best Buy Painting work in our home. They are always on time, friendly, and professional. Their work is phenomenal - great attention to detail! Their talented employees always take care to protect the floor and our furniture and clean up extremely well at the end of the day. The design they painted on our wall is amazing! This is the second project they've done for us, and we will absolutely hire them again! Excellent value and service!

Brad and his crew sealed my basement floor and refinished my entertainment center. I am SO very pleased with the work on both! The entertainment center looks brand new and goes just perfect in my room. I am also impressed with Raphael and everyone else that was sent to work at my house. They are all friendly, exacting and professional. They took the time to do everything the right way to make me happy. Awesome job! I've gotten many compliments on both. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Best Buy to any friends or family.
Unprofessional. When I attempted to put verbal understandings and representations made by the owner in writing as part of the contract, the owner returned my deposit check in the maill. He didn’t even have the courtesy to call me to address or work out any concerns he had prior to returning my deposit. Up to that point, he was very responsive and accessible directly by phone and text. The owner has since refused to call me back. Moreover, he left the “referring” roofing contractor that he had agreed to coordinate with in a terribly awkward position. That should tell you a lot.
We hired Best Buy painting for the following project: repainting of master bedroom, master bath, entryway, and laundry room in May 2018. The entire process with them was seamless and handled very professionally.nnThe owner of the company did the walkthrough to prepare the project estimate. He was right on time, very friendly, and left us with a very handy folder of all their pertinent information (copies of insurance, workers comp certificate, references and other details). He got back to us within 2 days with the estimate, just as he promised.nnThe project was scheduled based on mutually convenient dates, and we were informed of their arrival a few days ahead of the start date, just as promised.nnThe scope of the project called for 2 full days of work. The crew showed up exactly on time both days, went right to work, and were exceptionally friendly, professional, and informative (answered all questions about technique, tips, etc.) during the project. They finished as promised each day and cleaned up any work supplies that they had put out for the day.nnI would highly recommend Best Buy Painting for your next project. If every home improvement project when this smoothly, life would be great!
