Great gym, old school atmosphere. The environment and people alone that go there makes it motivational. More like a family feeling than a membership.
This is the best gym I've been to. Old school equipment with cardio equipment, classes for all groups. The people in there are super helpful and if you need help they're all willing to assist you in any way you need. Powerlifting meets for gym members to push yourself and have fun. This gym has turned into a family for me and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I enjoyed my first Muy Thai class very much, and its a great gym with helpful friendly people
Great space & plenty of equipment!
Great cardio drumming class on Tuesdays!
