It seems to be neglected as of late with trash laying around. The kids still enjoyed going to feed the fish in the ponds. There are some pretty big ones.
Very nice and easily accessible public park area downtown. Attended the Banana Festival in September and there was plenty of room for all the different attractions and things to do and see. The stage was in a good location away from the road and the area to set up chairs and listen to music was flat with no trees, so there was a great view of stage from every angle.
It's a very lovely place were you can go and reflect on everything that is going on in your life and bring your family or loved one, I love watching all the animals.
Personally I thought the people very rude. Food truck prices were horribly high. One truck way down on the end had great prices and food but the others were outrageous.
Although a smaller park, it's walking trails & serene fountains & an old white church in re background really contribute to this park I often come to alone for the tranquility.
