This was my first time at this location although not my first experience at a Sport Clips haircut location. The experience at this location was far better! The Stylist that took care of me was knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to both speak with me and listened to what I had to say. She shared a tiny amount about her Professional Knowledge and her personal life. I did the same thing in return with her. Her ambition, knowledge, and skill are something to be respected having graduated high school with both her diploma and her cosmetology license simultaneously! I will refer to her for the purpose of this review as Alexa and she can call me the tech guy. Good job!
I checked in online and when I showed up on time, it was still a 40 min wait. Drove to the mento location because they are honest with their check in times. This has happened to me several times. Once when I had a 2 year old getting a haircut and he was getting fussy because we were there for an hour before his haircut because they lied to us about the check in time. They did not care I had a fussy kid either. I will only go to the mentor location from now on. Willoughby is a scam.
Priscilla has to be the greatest person ever. Not only in doing a haircut but also just personality wise. Shes amazing! Thank you for always making my hair the best!
I checked in online and it asked me to arrive in about 25 minutes. When I reached there the stylist was ready. Emma was awesome. I had great experience with her. Shop is clean and well kept. Thumbs up from my side ud83dudc4dud83cudffc
My fiancé and 2 year old son came in to get a haircut by Donya. She was very thorough and did excellent with our son!! Donya asked questions as to what kind of cut they both were looking for and made sure she knew what type of cuts/Styles were expected before starting. She did a great job and is highly recommended for cuts of all ages!!
