Mala was nothing short of amazing. For my first yoga class Harmony Studios made it so comfortable, welcoming, and motivating it made me feel so at ease. Mala is an amazing instructor who is very communicative and pushes you to your best limits throughout the class.nnThe staff at Harmony make you feel at home when you walk through the door and when you leave you feel like family.nn10/10 recommend to anyone who is active in yoga or is looking to become active. Harmony Yoga & staff has been amazing throughout this crazy time with Covid-19...from staying in touch, posting words of encouragement, offering virtual classes, etc. Always over & above. Best decision I made joining a year and half ago. Today again they showed their attention to their members,...their family. I registered for an in studio class when I meant to register for virtual at 6am. I was trying to figure out why I didn’t receive a Zoom link for the class at 5:55am...my phone rings and it’s Mala from Harmony letting me know she thought I registered for the wrong class, Knowing I usually do virtual. Who takes the time to do that and knows their members that well?! Pretty special place I belong to! Thanks Natalie & Staff. You truly are all beautiful, wonderful people. Everyone: The Studio is open now with safety precautions in place. Make sure to check the schedule or if you don’t belong...please consider joining! And they still have virtual classes too.

Brought my 8yr old niece to puppy yoga. It was our first time visiting Harmony. The instructor Ame was great, she really gave us a good workout! Music was on point and the studio was clean and warm! Was really impressed how organized the whole thing was with the puppies and it was a fundraiser for local schools! ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
