Frank is a great guy and love the gym I used this gym at night just wish it was closer to my house. I will be trying to get my membership back soon. I had to cancel my membership because I got injured at work now I need to go back.
Great place to work out small gym with big rewards lots of good equipment and friendly staff and members
yesterday i had a meeting with Frank (the owner). he welcomed me in and walked me around the gym and answered all my questions. when i came back to lift i felt comfortable and not judged by anyone inside. It was very easy to sign up for a membership!!
Always makes for a good day
My daughter's volleyball team has speed, strength and conditioning there once week. Very nice facility. The instructors are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. My daughter likes it so much she wants to continue year round.
