I was very excited to find out about Vsonna because I was looking for a salon that used Redken coloring products. My first visit was in July. I asked for a middle of the road stylist to have somebody with experience but not pay the most expensive price. I got color for my roots, highlights, and a trim. I was caught off guard when the bill was over $160 for the services, but I also know that this would not be a unexpected and a higher end salon. I went back today for just my roots being colored. I was very surprised when my bill was $85. After I thought about it, I called the salon back to ask why it was so much for coloring my roots. I was told that the color was around $64 but it was an additional $21 to blow dry my hair! I have never had to pay extra at a salon to have my hair blown dry! I’ve been charged extra at a salon like Ulta when they have “styled” my hair using appliances like a curling iron. When I was new and called and asked about pricing, nobody at the salon told me that I had to pay extra to have my hair dried. My first visit I didn’t even leave the salon until after 830 at night. Why in the hell would I spend $21 to blow dry my hair when all I am doing is driving home! I have gone to a Dino Palmieri salon in the past. Even this very high-end salon does not charge extra for a blow dry!

The salon is awesome. People are very friendly the stylists know exactly what they're doing, they followed the covid-19 guidelines to the T.nI've been going here for 20 years. No reason to change.

Went to get my arms waxed and the lady that waxed them was incredibly sweet but was very unprofessional, she seemed to not know the first thing about waxing or skin at all. I actually walked out of the session ud83dude14

Ashley is amazing, she was able to make my hair exactly what I wanted after a less than ideal haircut three weeks prior. She even taught me a new way to put waves into it that I can actually do at home in no time! I am obsessed with my new haircut and can not reccomend her enough!
